We are a New York based beaded jewelry designer. Our mission is
to offer our customers the most unique handmade beaded
jewelry at very affordable prices. This web site is central to achieving that goal by enabling any
interested individual to securely shop for affordable handmade beaded jewelry at his or her
own convenience. We sell our jewelry exclusively over the Internet.

Pricing
All of the prices shown on the
site are in US dollars. They are final and non-negotiable. We do not
have a price matching policy in place due to the fact that we sell
unique handcrafted products that just can't be compared with
anything else that is being sold in physical stores or on the
Internet. Nonetheless, we believe that our products are an
outstanding value. Other jewelry designs featured on other websites
that are relatively comparable to our products when it comes to
materials used and the quality of craftsmanship sell for
considerably more. Prices are subject to change without prior
notice.
Product
Origin
We go to great lengths to procure exotic materials in order to create unique, one of a kind
designs. All of the beaded jewelry that is shown on this site
was handcrafted by us. We do not resell products created by
other individuals. Because of that, you can be assured that you are buying an
original product
of greatest quality since we have complete control over the design
process. Every bead and joint gets our complete and
undivided attention.
Product
Presentation
We make every effort that our website is as accurate as possible when it comes to product
descriptions and photos. However, there are technological
limitations that affect the product presentation. The image
resolution of the camera, the content production process itself,
computer display technology, and other factors may all affect the
quality of product presentation. Slight variations in color are
possible and likely. When it comes to post-sale feedback, most of
the comments that we received from our customers in the past
revolved around the statement that the product actually looks better
compared to how it is presented on the website. However, if you feel
that the ordered product did not meet your
expectations, we suggest that you take advantage of our Return
Policy.
Product Safety
Keep our beaded jewelry products away from children and/or pets whenever possible as they
contain small parts which may be dangerous to their health if
swallowed. Please refrain from contact with our products if they
produce allergic reaction, rash or any other medical complication.
We are not liable for damages related to any health or safety complications
caused by any type of use of our products.
Limited
Warranty
We warrant that
our beaded jewelry is free of defect for a period of 30 days from the date
when customer receives it. Tracking information provided by the
carrier will
determine that date of receipt. During that period, a customer with
defective merchandise may return it to us for a full refund. The
warranty will be void and the refund will be refused if the product
was: abused, altered due to
exposure to adverse natural elements, altered or repaired without
our written consent, contaminated (i.e. exposed to blood and/or other body
fluids, infested with insects, etc.) or damaged while in transit to us. Loss and theft are not covered by
the warranty. Furthermore, we reserve
the right not to honor the warranty for any other condition we would
find unreasonable and/or abhorrent. We are not responsible for any special or punitive
damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of
profits, and loss of time. It is expressly understood that this
warranty is limited to the cost of the item or items purchased, and
it does not include the cost of shipping. Please read the

Products
With Pearls
All of the pearls used in our jewelry designs are cultured.
We made every practical effort to communicate that clearly
throughout our website. It is expressly understood that we mean cultured
pearls whenever we refer to pearls anywhere on this website. Please
read our guide to pearl types or other relevant literature to learn more about the difference
between natural and cultured pearls.
Order Inquiry
You are able to inquiry about your
order at any time by going to the Order
Status menu on our web site. The system will prompt you for the
order number that was e-mailed to you and the e-mail address used
when the original order was submitted to us. The status is updated
as the order moves through different order processing stages. Even
though the names of different stages are self-explanatory (i.e.
Order Cancelled, In Packing,
Shipped, Order Completed, and so forth), you may visit the Order
Status Stages section of this page to learn more what
various stage names mean. The system will also show
USPS or
other carrier tracking information for the order once the order is shipped. You may
also e-mail us
anytime for further
clarification on the status of your order. We will be more than glad
to help when it comes to that issue. Orders that are more than 90 days old can't be accessed since they are
automatically deleted from our web site for practical reasons. Please
read the Order Shipping section to
find out how to track the shipment that contains the merchandise
that you ordered.
Order
Status Stages
The status in the Order
Status is updated
as the order moves through different order processing stages. One
might say that the
different stages are self-explanatory. Nonetheless, here is the
detailed description of them:

Order Cancelled --
order successfully cancelled upon your request or cancelled by
us due to our perception of high transaction risk
-
Awaiting Payment --
when it comes to credit cards and PayPal, we received the
relevant order information and we are waiting for our payment
processing partners to
provide us with appropriate authorization number. When it comes
to orders where a pre-payment with Money Order is the method of
payment, we received the relevant order information but we have
not received the Money Order yet
-
Order Received --
the order is now valid since we either received the appropriate
authorization to go ahead from our credit card processing
partner/PayPal or we received the Money Order in the mail
-
In Packing -- the
ordered merchandise is being packed
-
In Shipping -- the
merchandise is packed, and waiting to be picked up by the
carrier
-
Order Shipped -- the
shipment containing your merchandise was successfully handed to
the carrier. Appropriate shipment reference information is now
displayed in the Order
Status menu
-
Order Completed --
the shipment shows being received by the person who ordered it
The Order
Status menu will display orders up to 90 days from
the date it was placed with us. Orders that are more than 90 days old can't be accessed since they are
automatically deleted from our web site for practical reasons.
Cancellations
All
items
shown on the site are typically in stock and enter the shipping
process one (1) hour after you place your order. You may cancel entire
orders within this first hour. Please e-mail us as soon as possible
if you indeed desire to cancel your order. We reserve the right to
refuse to honor and subsequently cancel any order submitted to us if
we decide that it is in our best interest to do so. This applies
also to orders where our payment processing partners gave us an
appropriate authorization to proceed with your order. The
prospective buyer will be informed via e-mail of our intent to not
honor the order as soon it is feasible for us to do so.
Order
Shipping
We turn around most of the orders submitted to us
within two business days. Orders are typically shipped via US Postal
Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Please allow
3-5 business days for delivery even
though delivery times vary for different regions of the
country. We do not offer overnight shipping because of
procedures that we have in place in order to
prevent credit card fraud. Our credit card processing partner
instructs us to hold the order until their analysts perform anti-fraud checks. Depending on their workload, this process may
take up to 24 hours or even longer. The Order Status menu
will display USPS or other carrier tracking information once the order was
shipped. Use the information provided in the Order Status
when you log on to carrier's web site to track the shipment. Feel free to e-mail
us anytime if you have any additional
questions about your order.
Shipping Charges
We ship all of the orders via USPS Priority Mail. The amount that you are being charged is clearly shown when you are checking out. Periodically, we have
special promotions where we offer free shipping with orders that are
of certain size. Unless specified otherwise, orders covered by such
promotions are shipped by regular Priority Mail.
Lost Shipments
Please allow
at least 3-5 business days
for delivery before contacting us to declare a lost shipment.
Use the USPS or other carrier tracking number provided to you in the Order
Status menu to inquiry about the status of your order. Otherwise, we are not responsible for lost shipments once we
hand your order to the US Postal Service, and obtain a reference
number for it.
International
Shipments
At
the present moment, we are able to ship within the
Continental US only. All of the orders containing foreign addresses
will not be honored.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you
may, within
30 days from the date when you received your order, return any new or
defective merchandise for a store credit as long the merchandise is
complete, in original packaging and accompanied by any included accessories.
We'll also credit you for the shipping cost if the return is a result of our
error. Otherwise,
the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges that are
associated with the return. Please
note that we can only process returns and refunds for items that
were originally purchased from us. Please read the Returning
Items and Warranty sections to
learn more.
Returning Items
Please
make sure that the merchandise being returned to us is in
appropriate condition, as outlined in our return and/or warranty policy. You may
then e-mail anita@nandadesigns.com
to request a return authorization. Once the appropriate return
authorization number is issued and e-mailed to you, you may proceed
with shipping the goods back to us. Make sure that you have the
shipment fully insured as we are not responsible if the items get
lost while in transit to us. Please note that shipments
without a return authorization will be returned to the sender at
sender’s expense. Goods that are returned to us and do not conform
to terms that are outlined in our return and warranty policies will be also shipped
back at sender’s expense. No refunds or exchanges
will be processed until the merchandise is received by us. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and
processed the returned item.
Payment Choices
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards
can be used for payment. Orders are filled by 2Checkout.com,
Inc., the exclusive authorized retailer of our designs. Please be sure to provide your exact billing
address and telephone number -- the address and phone number your
credit card company has on file for you. Methods of payments
also include PayPal or pre-payment via money order. When you are
paying with a money order, please note that we will not ship the
goods until we receive the money order for the full amount on the
original order. The order will be automatically cancelled if we
don't receive the money order within ten (10) days from the date
when the original order was submitted to us. Detailed instructions
on how to proceed will be e-mailed to you once the order is
submitted to us. Sorry, no C.O.D. or personal checks.
Sales Tax
We
collect the sales tax for orders shipped to locations in New
York state. The total sales tax is clearly shown when you
are prompted to confirm the order.
Security
Any
page at our site that asks you for credit card and PayPal info is
highly secure. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom
status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that
asks for sensitive information.
You can be confident that your personal and account information is
secure when shopping with us. 2Checkout.com, Inc., the
exclusive authorized retailer of our designs,
employs the latest encryption technology when you are asked to
provide personal information. We do not process or store credit card
information on our servers.
Privacy
We use the information that we collect about
you to fulfill your product and service purchases and to create a
more personalized online experience. We will not resell or share
your information with an outside entity unless that’s required in
order to process your order. During the navigation of our site, you will
be known about the necessity of sharing your information with a
third party in order to complete your order. We
may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any
time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being
posted unless we tell you otherwise.
